In fact, for what I asked for this time, there is no problem. But I hold a grudge! One day I bought you a German pipe and after a few days the end of the pipe deteriorated, not at the corner but in the middle of the mouthpiece. I asked for it to be replaced and the employee replied that I must have dropped the pipe. However, when a pipe falls, it falls on the stove which is the heaviest and regarding the mouthpiece, if it receives a corner, it can break at the corners but never in the middle. I found it very inappropriate that you could doubt my word, as I never lie. And, at my age, over 85, I am very careful not to break my pipe (laughs). So offended, I let it go. I still smoke this pipe from time to time. Have a good day, cordially despite everything.

I am not satisfied, the pipe was slightly damaged upon arrival, customer service does not offer to return and exchange it, but the shipping costs are at my expense.

Site is standard, but without brilliance. A product catalog too limited :( Boomers will remember the Caïd boulevard St Michel, a dream shop with its preformed rubber joke or the replica of Sherlock Holmes that I eventually bought for myself)

I had ordered 2 pipes. The Lizon model was blocked. I had to extract a sawdust plug from the access hole to the bowl.

Delivery issues. Usually no problems and delivered to home but not this time. I had to go pick up my order at a delivery point!

Overall satisfied, just a small reservation regarding the photographic dimensions of the products (which is not unique to your site!) I ended up ordering, for my wife, a pipe that is much larger than I thought... Otherwise, nothing to report regarding quality!!

Prices are very interesting, the choice too.
