I was not informed of the delivery day and as a result I was not present, the package was then dropped off at a relay point that was difficult to access due to odd hours, I finally managed to retrieve the package, which is in perfect condition and I am happy with my order but the carrier should choose another relay point for future deliveries, I have already ordered from La Pipe Rit and I will continue, hoping for improvement in delivery details in case of absence of the final customer.

Super service, fast, compliant, a small booklet on another brand of pipe than the one ordered (it's advertising, but it interested me).... Almost perfect. I would just like even more choice of 9mm pipes at reasonable prices, as well as small budget pipe cleaners.

Very good customer service. Regarding my Danish pipe order, Compass.. the tip is not acrylic but soft ebonite or plastic. A small stock of replacement tips for after-sales service would be wise. Otherwise, the pipe is light and very pleasant to smoke.

Good pipe that keeps the tobacco fresh in its flavors, I smoke quality aromatic tobaccos. One flaw: the difficulty in removing the stem to clean the pipe and change the filter. At first, I put on thick gloves and coated it with olive oil (virgin!). But that wasn't effective, so I had the idea to go to the La Pipe Rit site and found Claire's advice, which I thank, and I coated the end of the stem with a bit of soap. It's simple and it works! So, a little gentleness in German craftsmanship, it's easy. Thanks again.

Satisfied with my purchase. However, there was confusion in my mind because I thought I had bought a pipe with a diameter of 9 (and I therefore stocked the corresponding filters) and it turns out that the diameter is different. I then resorted to a metal filter, but that is not what I originally wanted. Other than that, I am satisfied with the speed of the shipment.

This has the advantage of being adjustable. If necessary, you can slightly spread the two legs so that the filter fits best in the bowl of your pipe. By doing this, the filter will perfectly match the diameter of the drilling and will hold well in place in the stem of your pipe.
