Having bought a chacom flumen, I found this one too small, it would be perfect for a lady, but it felt like a toy in my hand. I am returning it and there, the joy of a top store. Someone calls me to tell me that my pipe has arrived, they ask if I want a refund, I barely had time to say yes, the person confirms that they have processed the refund directly.
