Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding these filters for pipes selected in your recent order. These Savinelli filters (famous brand of Italian pipes) are indeed made of balsa. Balsa is a lightweight and very soft wood that has the advantage of absorbing impurities (tar) as well as potential condensation inside the pipe. We recommend changing the filter every 2 or 3 pipes for maximum efficiency. If you need further advice, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email ([email protected]).

Depuis que vous avez supprimé d'abord la langue française sur votre site au profit de l'anglais je ne suis pas satisfait!c'est à moi français de devoir traduire les descriptifs d'une entreprise française,alors que Google traduction est disponible pour le monde entier,c'est au étranger de faire la démarche de traduire notre belle et riche langue française et pas à nous français chez nous de nous voir imposer la langue anglaise et de traduire!
Vendez la pipe rit et notre savoir faire aux américains tant que vous y êtes non!?
Désolé d'être cru c'est la première fois mais la stop yen a marre ont est en France,les anglais etc eux ne font pas cela pour les autres pays et ce n'est pas l'anglais la langue la plus parler dans le monde avant l'anglais il y'a le chinois et l'espagnol

Bonjour Monsieur, notre site "La Pipe Rit" est disponible en français et en anglais. Apparemment vous avez, sans le vouloir, été dirigé vers la version anglaise et passé une commande depuis cette version d'où la réception de l'email d'Avis-Vérifiés, lui aussi en anglais. Pour avoir le choix de la langue, il vous faut cliquer tout en haut à droite dans l'entête supérieure du site. Vous basculerez alors simplement de www.pipe.fr vers www.pipeshop-saintclaude.com, et vice-versa. Merci pour votre message qui nous prouve que le changement de la langue n'est pas facilement compréhensible sur notre site pour le moment. Nous allons faire les modifications nécessaires pour améliorer cela. En effet, nous sommes fiers de nos produits français !

Hello, thank you for this comment. You are right, the tenon (the part that holds the filter and fits into the briar stem) is different from one brand to another. On French pipes, there is often a slight gap between the tenon and the filter. There is very little space, so the smoke is still filtered, but it is not perfect. We are currently reviewing our tenons so that all future Eole and St Claude pipes on our site are equipped with a more efficient system. Best regards, CMM
