the pipe itself is perfect but the package arrived damaged and the gift wrap unusable. Had to redo a gift wrap but the label from your store could not be recovered. Too bad. But it's the fault of 'chronopost'!!

The Pipe and pipe accessories division of Dunhill has left the Dunhill group to become an independent entity, this happened quite abruptly in November 2017 and surprised many Dunhill retailers and customers. The items that were branded Dunhill are now marketed under the name 'Alfred Dunhill's The White Spot' which is shortened to 'The White Spot'. Despite the name change, the manufacturing standards and the quality of the materials remain the same. Naturally, if you do not wish to keep the tobacco pouch, we will refund you in full. Interesting site. But disappointed by this pipe of the month because the bowl is too small, the pipe lasts 17 minutes, which is very short. I will not buy from this site again...

The pipe of the month of November has a bowl of 16mm by 39mm, which corresponds to a medium-sized bowl. Many parameters come into play regarding the smoking duration, the quantity and humidity of the tobacco, the draw of the pipe, the smoker's draw, the presence or absence of a filter at the time of smoking. Very good site, serious, ultra-fast service. However, nothing on tobacco! Given the large offer of pipe tobacco, I think some guidance is needed! What tobacco to start with, the great classics, the flavored ones, the novelties... I had to turn to other sites to make my choice, too bad.

The classic pipe PC3, inexpensive, is very pleasant to smoke, the waxed briar cakes very well, it's a good smoker. However, it is chewed in several places and this appears quickly after a few smokes. Just a matter of aesthetics that does not spoil the quality of smoking but which, in my opinion, should have been specified in the presentation (invisible in the photos). That's why I take away 2 stars from this purchase.
