The products are not to blame but the delivery was catastrophic! Entrusted to Colissimo, it took me 8 days to retrieve the package that the delivery people, refusing to get out of their vehicle, ended up putting in a relay point located 3 km from my home in Massy. Why pay so much for such a service when a postal delivery would suffice?

Hello, very fast shipping. Even for the overseas departments. Order as expected. The only downside is that I paid VAT and customs duties when it arrived at its destination which increased the cost. VAT should not be paid when sending to certain overseas departments.

Dear La Plantation Team, I got to know you during my Travel last year to Cambogia. I ordered teo white Kampot Peppers. On one Package, on the back side the denominazioni of Mondulkiri Pepper is striked through, although on the Front side there is the label White Kampot Pepper. According to my tasting experience the Pepper sent is indeed Mondulkiri and not Kampot. On the second package, there is also on the back the denominazione Kampot (small letters). We have known the plantation for a long time, where we have been several times during our stays in Sihanoukville (we have been sponsoring a child since 2010) the quality of the products, and the organization of this family and fair business; unfortunately, being unable to go to Cambodia anymore, I really appreciate this online sale, which my family also uses since we introduced them to your pepper, which at the time was not yet so well known! However, a small complaint: I would have appreciated a small gesture to accompany my last order, quite significant, in particular, to have an explanatory sheet of your products; I had received one with an order a few years ago, but I can't find it, and it's still nice to be able to attach it to the products we offer! Hello, I find it relevant to inform that delivery to Switzerland will be subject to taxes as soon as the amount of 62 CHF excluding VAT is reached. If I had known this at the time of my purchase, I would have opted for delivery in France which would have saved me an additional 30% fee! Happy end of year celebrations

I have received my order. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the box was not hermetically sealed. The tape to close it at the top was not properly placed. Therefore, there was a risk that one of the packages could slip out of the box or that someone could slip their hand inside to take something. Fortunately, all the items in the order were present.
