We were very lucky to visit La Plantation in Kampot and bring back spices from the farm even though we have been buying Kampt pepper from La Plantation for many years. We add the spices, spice blends, and peppers from La Plantation to each of our meals. Thank you to all the teams at this wonderful place for continuing to promote this fabulous terroir of Cambodia and passing on the know-how to the young Khmer generations.
