As a customer for several years, I was particularly disappointed with the shipping conditions of my last package, which will certainly be... the last with La Tourangelle. Deliveries at the end of this year are delayed, we understand that easily, but that the company La Tourangelle cannot be reached by phone under the pretext of teleworking and does not respond to any of my 3 emails is

The products are very beautiful, the package arrived in perfect condition with the products well protected. However, I never received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped or when the package would be delivered. I was lucky to be home this morning. Disappointment about the packaging of the pack of 6 oils. They are simply placed in a plain brown box.
