Terrible. I do not recommend at all. They do not keep their commitments. I am an elderly person. They doubted my word regarding a code. I ordered my oil elsewhere without a discount and paid less for it.

The oils are very good, but the plastic for one of the bottles is not good! And also transparent, hence 4 stars. For oils, for me, the container is very important: preservation, light, air, etc., hence the choice to order from 'La Tourangelle' B mol. I notice that the product has disappeared from your site!

The products are nothing to say. However, a huge box for 2 small boxes.... On the carrier's side.... The big box fit well in my mailbox, but living in a collective, the carrier opens all the boxes at the same time with a master key, which allows the big box to pass but once inside, when I just open my mailbox,..... well it doesn't pass anymore... so I had to 'crush' the box to get it out...15 minutes of effort to retrieve my merchandise. Conclusion, a smaller packaging would be better for the mailbox and for the environment. Best regards.
