The packaging is very protective and the quality of the products is there, that's the most important! However, it is noted on the site a preparation in 24h of the order but it took several days. Order placed on the 17th and received on the 26th... I was worried about the site and I understand the current tensions. I would have appreciated knowing that I could not count on this order for the weekend. Especially since the Post often adds delays to the existing ones...

The oils are of good quality, we love them. But the beautiful bottles arrived all dented, which is quite annoying for gifting or even for us on the kitchen shelves. In a previous order, the bottles were cushioned in cardboard cases, which was excellent protection. Too bad.

There was a hiccup with the order, as the received items did not match those ordered (250 ml instead of 500 ml). Moreover, my shipment took a week to leave the company's warehouses (due to the current situation and the unavoidable COVID-19 and its consequences). However, after contacting customer service, a generous solution was found to correct the issue.

Sorry but very disappointed with the delivery. All the oil cans from my order arrived heavily dented and unfortunately this was not due to the delivery as the box was impeccable with no signs of tears or anything. I think the cans were all packaged dented and that is very regrettable!

The products are very beautiful, the package arrived in perfect condition with the products well protected. However, I never received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped or when the package would be delivered. I was lucky to be home this morning. Disappointment about the packaging of the pack of 6 oils. They are simply placed in a plain brown box.
