Your products are very good, however, as I indicated by email, two bottles were dented. Given the packaging, this could not have happened during transport but during packing. It does not affect the product but it's a shame. You offered me a commercial gesture. So I am not claiming anything more.

The order processing is quick. The products are delicious. The only downside: the postal services that deliver to an address other than the one clearly indicated on the package. This forces you to cancel the order and start the operation again. Thanks to La Tourangelle's customer service for resending a package.

For oils, for me, the container is very important: preservation, light, air, etc., hence the choice to order from 'La Tourangelle' B mol. I notice that the product has disappeared from your site!
