The gel gives me a little relief, but I have serious problems with my arms. The right one has a torn tendon, long biceps tendinopathy that appears to be thinning, with peritendinitis. The left one has simple supraspinatus tendinitis, glenohumeral and acromioclavicular osteoarthritis, and cervical osteoarthritis. No surgery for the torn tendon. I

I am satisfied with the products; however, this is the second time the parcel has arrived damaged. The cardboard box is very flimsy and tears at the corners. The first time, I refused the parcel because products were missing. This time the products were inside, but the postal service had reinforced the entire parcel with tape... Given this situation, I am unsure about continuing to place orders.

We regularly prepare test parcels and send them to ourselves to check delivery times and the condition of the parcel upon receipt. We have not noticed any particular issues in this regard.
