I am very happy with the product I ordered, but a little less happy with the famous Carre Bédouin Organic Almond Apricot that was offered, but is charged at €1.90 and cannot be removed from the basket.
Translated reviews
Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Hello Louis-Paul,
Thank you for your positive feedback about our product. We are sorry for the confusion caused by the Carre Bédouin Organic Almond Apricot marked as a gift. It is a gift with every order, and we cannot remove it from the basket, but you were not charged for it. It appears in the basket with a value of €1.90, but this amount is deducted using a gift voucher of the same value.
However, we are delighted that you are satisfied with your purchase overall. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions or comments.
Kind regards, the Laboratoire PRONATUR team.
