Hello, I am satisfied that my order arrived on time, on the expected date. The “Joint Massage Gel” is a good product that I recommend; my shoulder no longer hurts. However, I did not receive the second tube for free. No problem, that won't stop me from ordering from your laboratory again. Have a good weekend. Kind regards, Mrs. Andrée OLIVIER

Thank you very much for your review and your trust, Andrée. We are delighted that your order arrived on time and that you are satisfied with our Joint Massage Gel. We also wish you a good weekend. Regarding the free tube, we recommend calling us so we can better understand what happened, as we don't think there could have been an error. But if there was, we would of course correct it.
