For my first order, I am completely satisfied: easy ordering, products at a great price. I regularly use clay as a poultice, but this gel is really very good. Long live natural remedies! One small request: it would be useful to have small gel sachets (samples) for the car available for sale. Thank you for your service and for the warm welcome we receive when we call.

This clay product is particularly effective for post-operative joint pain and other rheumatic pain. I especially appreciated that, after ordering one tube, I received two, along with a handwritten New Year's greeting.

I ordered through Facebook, and the ad said one free tube with every tube purchased, but I only received one. I didn't quite understand, but this product is excellent for my knees. Kind regards, Mr. Loiseau.

Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Hello, and thank you for your feedback. Regarding the free tube mentioned in the ad, you needed to use the link in the ad, which would automatically add the tube to your cart. According to our records, you ordered directly from the website without using the ad link. We will contact you privately to resolve this and make sure you're satisfied. Kind regards.

This cream is magical!! Approved by my surgeon and physiotherapist... my knee no longer swells, and I haven't taken any anti-inflammatories while waiting for my future knee replacement.
