Delivery was fairly quick. As for the products, I haven't used them long enough yet to know how effective they are.

Good product. The promotion was okay, but it's a shame the gift voucher arrived three days after the order and was valid for only three days, making it useless.

I discovered this gel in a sample, and it provided great relief for my muscles after a cycling trip. It isn't greasy, the scent isn't as strong as that of other massage gels, and the cooling effect is very pleasant. I placed an order, which was delivered very quickly, so I can also use it for osteoarthritis.

Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Thank you for the quality product.
Regarding the delivery issue, you had requested Colissimo home delivery with signature required. Colissimo indicated that no one was home and informed you that the parcel had been left at a pickup point so that a signature could be obtained.
We are truly sorry about this.
Kind regards.

This order wasn't for me, but for my father, whom I introduced to your product. He is very happy with it. I shipped this order to him in New Caledonia, where he lives.
