Product quality is emphasized through long-term use, repeated orders, and satisfaction across multiple years, with many praising the effectiveness and consistent results. Customer service is described as reliable and supportive, with clear ordering processes and appreciative comments about promotions, loyalty, and helpful staff.
The cooling sensation is pleasant. It absorbs quickly. I haven't used it long enough to judge the results, but I feel a slight improvement. I'll finish the tube, and if I'm completely satisfied, I'll recommend it.

Since I started using it, I've had relief from the tendinitis behind my left ankle. After one week, it hurts less than before. I apply it three times a day. I mentioned it to the orthopedist yesterday when I had my appointment, and she said I could continue using it.
