Good-quality product, but delivered to a pickup point. I had paid for home delivery, though.

Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Thank you for the quality product.
Regarding the delivery issue, you had requested Colissimo home delivery with signature required. Colissimo indicated that no one was home and informed you that the parcel had been left at a pickup point so that a signature could be obtained.
We are truly sorry about this.
Kind regards.

This order wasn't for me, but for my father, whom I introduced to your product. He is very happy with it. I shipped this order to him in New Caledonia, where he lives.

I already knew about the benefits of clay. Being able to find it nearby is great for my ankle joint pain. It's fantastic.

Great product, with a pleasant menthol scent. I apply Agyflex green clay massage gel to my knees and shoulder twice a day, and it makes me feel better. Much less arthritis pain, and no chemicals to swallow. I walk a lot and cycle every day. I recommend the PRONATUR laboratory. Thank you.

Recommended by our physiotherapist, we are delighted with your product, which we order regularly. We are young seniors, and my husband is currently having shoulder problems due to a fall.

Still very satisfied with the services offered by the PRONATUR laboratory. The order was handled perfectly and the parcel was shipped quickly. I'm still very satisfied with the tubes of "Green Clay Gel" that I ordered. I wanted to try the "Green Clay Poultice" in a tub on my calf after a muscle tear, and I'm delighted with it. Excellent.

The main thing is to talk about how effective the product is if you keep using it for a few days. You can't do without it anymore. Thank you.
