The store consistently delivers on reliability with fast, on-time delivery and well-packaged orders, often accompanied by a small gift and clear, easy-to-use websites. Customers repeatedly highlight the effectiveness of the products, noting relief from joint, muscle, and back pain and ongoing positive results from staples like Agyflex and its joint supplements. Product quality is emphasized through long-term use, repeated orders, and satisfaction across multiple years, with many praising the effectiveness and consistent results. Customer service is described as reliable and supportive, with clear ordering processes and appreciative comments about promotions, loyalty, and helpful staff.
I am satisfied with the products; however, this is the second time the parcel has arrived damaged. The cardboard box is very flimsy and tears at the corners. The first time, I refused the parcel because products were missing. This time the products were inside, but the postal service had reinforced the entire parcel with tape... Given this situation, I am unsure about continuing to place orders.

Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Hello, thank you for your comment on the quality of the products, but we are surprised about the cardboard packaging. We regularly prepare test parcels and send them to ourselves to check delivery times and the condition of the parcel upon receipt. We have not noticed any particular issues in this regard. However, we have noted your comment and are filing a complaint with Colissimo. Thank you for your feedback.

Response from Laboratoire PRONATUR
Thank you for the quality product.
Regarding the delivery issue, you had requested Colissimo home delivery with signature required. Colissimo indicated that no one was home and informed you that the parcel had been left at a pickup point so that a signature could be obtained.
We are truly sorry about this.
Kind regards.

I bought this cream after reading reviews from customers of your brand. I have to admit that after a week of use, I feel a slight improvement in my back pain. I think I'll keep using your cream for a long time.
