Since I started using it, I've had relief from the tendinitis behind my left ankle. After one week, it hurts less than before. I apply it three times a day. I mentioned it to the orthopedist yesterday when I had my appointment, and she said I could continue using it.

Very effective on my knee, which I massage twice a day with Agyflex green clay massage gel. The swelling in my knee goes down, but you have to keep at it and persevere. The pain is decreasing. Thank you.
