My brother and I ordered a decanter for our father's birthday and are very satisfied! The quality of the package was impeccable. We had included a personal message, and were pleasantly surprised to see that the message had been handwritten and applied to a beautiful card, in a personalized envelope. Many thanks to Customer Service for their responsiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received my package of broken and scratched glass, most likely due to being tossed about in transit. It's when you're disgusted that you need professionals. I can testify that they take your comments into consideration and the result is there. I have my glasses intact, in time to share a new family tasting experience for Christmas. Thanks again to your entire after-sales team.
