Excellent service. The company "Atelier du vin" is very responsive and professional. The parcel containing the set of utensils was a little damaged on delivery and the Atelier du Vin staff replaced what had been damaged in transit, without any problem or discussion.
In terms of overall quality and aesthetics, I'd like to congratulate them. The utensils are solid, superb and beautifully made. Highly recommendable.

Delivery was really bad. I had to contact customer service and they basically told me to call the local post office. I got the items 4 weeks later...

The products are good and seem to be of high quality. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because my order didn't include my little gift.

My first experience was superb, very responsive to a specific email request I had sent them. Superb product, I think my friend will be delighted with the gift. At first glance it seems to be of good quality and the aesthetics are very pretty! I'm curious to know the opinion of the person who will use it.
I'll do it again if I get the chance!

What can I say...impeccable service, unfailing responsiveness, absolute kindness and, icing on the cake, delivery within just 48 hours with a special engraving request! So a thousand thanks to you, l'atelier du Vin, and in particular Mickaël, with whom I had a great chat!
Not to mention the high quality of my corkscrew, which remains just a little jewel, a little marvel.
I wish you all the best for the future. Sincerely Gaëlle
