Satisfied with my order despite a delayed shipment due to a back-to-school inventory. I was also surprised that the card with a personalized note...was handwritten! Thank you

My brother and I ordered a decanter for our father's birthday and are very satisfied! The quality of the package was impeccable. We had included a personal message, and were pleasantly surprised to see that the message had been handwritten and applied to a beautiful card, in a personalized envelope. This personal touch was greatly appreciated. Our father was delighted, and so were we! We'll be sure to come back to you in the future, thank you very much! :)

Many thanks to Customer Service for their responsiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received my package of broken and scratched glass, most likely due to being tossed about in transit. It's when you're disgusted that you need professionals. I can testify that they take your comments into consideration and the result is there. I have my glasses intact, in time to share a new family tasting experience for Christmas. Thanks again to your entire after-sales team.
