Perfect: fast delivery, product meets our expectations.
First of all, a beautiful, practical and efficient object.
Special mention because I was unable to enter the special discount code when registering my order... the amount corresponding to this discount was credited to my account a few days later! A great sense of customer relations: respect!

Customer service that asks for the invoice for an item you're trying to get repaired, minimum service. Damage

Order received very quickly and the small attention slipped in the parcel is more than very commercial. Not disappointed with my order.

Response from L’Atelier du Vin
Hello, Thank you for your interest in our brand and products. We apologize for the unusual delay in delivery. The order left our factory on December 12. The mail flow at the end of the year is very important, that's why the delivery to your country in Romania had to take some time. Sorry again for the inconvenience L'Atelier du Vin

I am disappointed by the fact that I paid 10€ for an engraving of initials on a metal corkscrew and that the engraving arrives... on the box.
It's not mentioned anywhere, which is a real disappointment for me.
