I am satisfied with the product. However, I am not satisfied with the shipping charges and then duties and taxes when received. They represent almost a 50% markup on the price of the product. In Canada typically shipping is free. Thank you. Michael

I am disappointed by the fact that I paid 10€ for an engraving of initials on a metal corkscrew and that the engraving arrives... on the box.
It's not mentioned anywhere, which is a real disappointment for me.
