I am very disappointed with the performance of this filter, I use a particle tester in the water and the result is disheartening, no difference with tap water!

Hello Guillaume,
The TDS mainly reflect the minerals, which we do not reduce at all, this is one of the strong points of our system. If you want to remove the minerals, and thus make the water non-potable like distilled water, you need to use a reverse osmosis system.

I often recommend La Vie and friends have bought or gifted the standard product afterwards. The water is very good and the product is beautiful. I regret not being able to benefit from the free glasses on my last order, the offer was announced but I understood too late that I had to claim it and that it was not automatically included in the order.
