I don't know if it's the normal operation but when I plug it in a small light blinks underneath 3 times then nothing. I have to move the bottle in its container for the blue light to turn on otherwise it doesn't turn on? Other than that nothing to say

Very satisfied with my purchase. Less so with the home delivery. I asked the delivery person to leave the package with the caretaker and I had to go pick it up at a store and carry it to the parking lot and then home. I am 77 years old and I chose home delivery to avoid this.
