Hello, I chose the fountain and for 4 at home it's perfect. The packaging of the product seemed too rudimentary for transport, the electronic part protected only by a folded cardboard, no bubble wrap for example. Regarding the use, when I rinsed the cap under water, water infiltrated between the wood and the translucent part, I was fortunately able to disassemble it and wipe it because it is dismountable. When you touch the device to move it or use it, the start button, which works by touch, tends to trigger without us wanting it to. So I unplug the device after using it. The position of the tap means that unpoured water remains in the jar and we therefore have to take the jar to pour the remaining water into another container, which is not practical. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase. Best regards

Very good product, I filter tap water very easily which no longer tastes like chlorine. Not being able to stand carafes with charcoal filters, I finally found a way to get rid of plastic bottled water and no additional filters to buy frequently. My coffee tastes better and I also use the filtered water with my glass bottle for my sparkling water machine.

This is the 3rd purifier I buy: the water has no bad taste anymore, so we can consume tap water without restriction and stop buying bottled water.

I have been using the large bottles for 3 years, now I never leave my 0.5L 'water bottle' when I go out. The water is really soft with La Vie. I recommend it to everyone around me.
