Thank you. Rediscovering the feeling of pure water is a real joy. However, a few small improvements on the fountain itself would be welcome. A graduation per liter for example, handling at the end of the volume is difficult, the cap of the lid is not very manageable. That's really all and it's little compared to the pleasure regained. Everything has been said about the LAVIE system. But what about customer service? Our device broke down out of warranty. For a fee of 60€, the electronic card was changed, better protected, and the device was resent via Chronopost with a free bottle, all in 4 days! A big BRAVO for this commercial and environmental policy at the same time.
