Happy to have bought this filter to drink water with less pesticides and PFAS. For the installation, however, the included plastic elements (notably the male end 12x17) were not reliable and fragile (tightening with the wrench caused the plastic to deform or even break) so to avoid a leak or flooding, I had to quickly buy another part at Leroy Merlin because realizing it once everything is disassembled is not great)

Avoid the carrier GLS. Happy with the purifier. You can feel a slight difference in taste with bottled water in terms of "hardness", but so much less plastic waste. You get used to it, I recommend it.

Difficult to say if it really works as it is not visible. But I also have the other solution with blue light to remove the taste of tap water. The products are good, the site is rather poorly made, and has errors. It doesn't seem serious while the products seem to be.

the taste of the water is perfect, however on the technical side, I would have appreciated that 1. the keys for the fittings were present (as in the photos). 2. the seals were of better quality (I had to buy some to avoid a leak (despite 50 turns of Teflon).

The TDS mainly reflect the minerals, which we do not reduce at all, this is one of the strong points of our system. If you want to remove the minerals, and thus make the water non-potable like distilled water, you need to use a reverse osmosis system.

Very good and effective, I live in the Eastern Pyrenees where the taste of the water is very unpleasant and the results are very good. Too bad there isn't a booklet of physical explanations included with the delivery in the package and you have to look on the site for how to install the cartridge and other information.

I regret the lack of protection of the product against water in the old version that I had bought but the troubleshooting service was very efficient in replacing my product with a new one. The price is a bit pricey considering that the failure was due to a blatant design flaw of the product (for proof, the following models have been modified in this sense)

The return of the device after repair by the manufacturing and selling company was delayed by 3 days due to doubts about my address. However, I had clearly indicated it on the package as well as on a card placed inside the package. It was also on the check attached. I had to get additional bottles of water; however, I bought this purifier to no longer rely on plastic bottles, for my health and for ecological reasons. That said, the repair was impeccable. And I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle (suitable for the device) in the package, worth €30, the cost of the repair. This had already been the case during a previous repair.

The product is clever and easy to install. The only small downside is the connector seal which is too soft and leaks when tightened. No problem for a handyman, even an average one.

A small paper manual or a detailed video link for installation would have been welcome! Note that you need to let at least 30 liters of water flow or for 6 minutes before drinking it, otherwise it is a bit cloudy and has a taste.

I had to put Teflon on the pipes connecting to the filter! Don't tighten too much with the gasket! Otherwise, it leaked. How do I know it filters all the characteristics of the filter? The water tastes good for now (1 week)
