I received the order quickly in perfect packaging. I have been using the 4 bottles for a few days, it's perfect, the water is good. The installation of the filter on the cold water network had no problem. In terms of taste in the cold water, even after a few days of use, there is a residual taste, not when consumed immediately but one or two hours later whether in a carafe or in a bottle even placed in the refrigerator. However, for teas, herbal teas, and coffee, it is much better.

My LAVIE PURE - 4L set arrived perfectly packaged, and the carefully transported parcel was impeccable, The taste of the water is perfect. One criticism: the discount policy lacks clarity. A referral saved me 5%. But after registering on the site, I benefit again from a 5% discount on my next order. And right after I learn that if I had waited a few days, I would have had my set with a 10% discount (exceptional promo). A clear and stable price would be a plus.

The UVCs are a gadget (they do not kill bacteria, they modify their DNA, at the risk of also creating some superheroes in the process) compared to our technology where we physically bombard the bacteria. However, today's rainwater contains pollutants that are much more dangerous than a few bacteria: microplastics, Pfas, and many other surprises (including in Greenland...). Therefore, you need to add a pre-filtration Opropre to protect yourself before treating it in LaVie. A drop of bleach per liter will be very useful to use its full potential, a suitable dosing bottle is in our accessories section.

I bought the Turquoise Opropre product. The quality is there and the goal pursued is commendable. I still have a few remarks to make. The first one that almost stopped me from buying is the payment that I couldn't activate. Fortunately, someone from the company opened another payment option for me. (I am Belgian maybe) The second is the sealing to be achieved between the hoses and the filter. The white film included with the order does not allow it easily. Two sealing washers that I bought (a bit too big admittedly) still ensured a quick sealing. Apart from that, I am satisfied with the product and the quality of service.
