The installation of the under-sink filter is a bit more complicated than in the YouTube video (the small red tightening collars are missing), but a weekend handyman can set up the system without any problem. For my order, very satisfied. However, I had requested delivery to my home. I received an email in the morning specifying delivery during the day. In the afternoon, a new email indicated delivery made at the relay point at Carrefour marketing CAEN. The delivery person would have called me and I would have given my agreement. This is false, I did not leave the house and I neither received nor gave my agreement for the drop-off at Carrefour. I picked up my package without any issues, but these delivery people respect nothing. As for the water, it is very good. Thank you.
