Hello, I am delighted with your products, they are great, I got my whole family to join in!! But for my recent bottle order that I requested in 48 hours for personal reasons (almost 8€ fee), I received it a day late, so it's just one day which is indeed not so serious but I believe I paid to have my product in 48 hours which was not the case, so that bothers me a bit because I think if I had chosen normal delivery I would have certainly received it just as quickly.... because you are quick to send... anyway a bit disappointed regarding this event. French idea for a very well-made Chinese production for the PURE model. However, the PREMIUM XL model is a disaster for the bamboo coating... It fractures at all points. Also, the water is not drinkable after the quarter-hour wait because it becomes lukewarm due to the heating of the LEDs. OTHERWISE... top-notch.

The idea of purification without changing the filter suits me well. It really changes the taste of the water. When I carbonate it, there is no longer that slightly salty taste that was present with tap water. A switch on the power supply would be useful, it would prevent leaving the system on standby.

The system is designed to be constantly on standby to improve its lifespan, and it only consumes 0.05w in this state, which is 438 Wh/year, or 0.4kwh, about 10 cents of electricity. Cycling electronic components several times a day is not good for their longevity. Moreover, if you want to turn it off, a socket with a switch will do the trick, but again, this is not the right mode of use.

I am very satisfied with the LaVie system. The tap water is finally drinkable, and the bottles are aesthetically very successful. I managed to unhabit myself from mineral waters and eliminate the use of plastic bottles, a plague for the environment. However, it must be recognized that the enormous quality of plastic is its lightness, and that the LaVie bottle, even the 0.5-liter one, is very heavy, and from my point of view, can hardly serve as a water bottle.
