The closure of our mattresses is intentionally without a pull tab, in order to best protect your baby and comply with current safety standards. I encountered a problem, someone replied to me on the day to ask for clarifications, I immediately sent all the elements and since more than a week no sign of life! Despite my 3rd follow-up! The solution is simple: I buy a removable product, this one is clearly stuck at the closure, I am waiting for an exchange. This response time and this lack of decision-making is unacceptable. I am giving birth in 2 weeks, I would like to have a mattress for my baby!
