Order placed with pickup reception. Order compliant but problem with the stackable trio with a broken and unusable cap. Contacted customer service, who sent me a replacement cap. Quick and efficient in case of a problem.

Unfortunately, one of the spreadable jars had received a small shock (perhaps during packaging) and was no longer airtight, with a bulging lid. We therefore had to consume it immediately instead of saving it for the holidays...
