Order placed on November 29th, received in less than a week on December 6th despite the extended delivery times announced. Unpleasant surprise when I opened the parcel, one item was broken (these things happen). I sent an e-mail to customer service on December 7 but no reply. I contacted customer service again on December 14 and to date there's still no news. Non-existent customer service.

The 3 chocolates to be broken arrived broken, 1 arrived in a deplorable state (bits of chocolate everywhere on the edges, on the "mallet" in short shameful to offer that for Christmas!), I sent the photos to customer service on 6/12 and 0 response.

Normally a surprise gift of 75€ of purchase, I bought for more than 150€ I did not have anything, I announced it but nothing received thereafter just one sorry. Don't say things if in the end you don't respect your commitments.
