The grinder of the salt bottle was broken!

Good products but a little disappointment.... The gift product was not in the parcel.

First of all, I'd like to point out that the person I spoke to on the phone deserves 5 stars. She listened to me and tried several times to help me with my enquiries. Thank you for your help! However, delivery is too expensive and you can't choose the day of delivery (like Colissimo for example), it's chocolate and the aim is not to let the products melt... What's more, an e-mail was sent to me indicating a Monday departure, but no trace of the parcel on the post office's website (probably a computer bug that also affected the establishment, I believe), even though the date of receipt was different. Finally, the final choice of order was not precise enough: I would have liked to have been able to integrate the various elements into the bag purchased, but this was not offered.

The ordering site is not very user-friendly. The gift left without any information about the sender, or a message for the recipient!

Problem of breakage with my order, customer service really top notch, immediate replacement of broken jars. Products as good as ever.

Too bad the jar of lavender honey was poorly sealed. it leaked into the package .

Extended delivery times due to Black Friday (even though Black Friday was over 1 week ago) and, above all, they only tell you about it once the order has been placed. And strangely enough, the order went out once I'd contacted customer service. During the holiday season, you need to clearly announce your lead times (before the order is placed) or significantly increase your staffing levels.

I was satisfied in spite of a jar of aperitif found slightly opened and which thus leaked on the gift wrapping made by the preparer of the order... so I had to clean and redo it.

Well-packaged parcel, arrives quickly. Too bad there were so many products unavailable.

Chocolates delivered just before the start of the school vacations following a reminder, as a gift for the school. The teacher really liked the school kit! We've had great feedback on the chocolates. I'd recommend them!

Everything was perfect except that I had another address for the invoice as it was a gift. But the person who received the gift also received the invoice.

Our delivery took just under a month. Inquiries (made in English) were not answered.

Good product

As the parcel was a gift, I had asked for a message to be attached to my shipment. However, the recipient didn't get the message and therefore didn't know who had sent him the parcel.

Dificult to talk to them. Too long delivery times and very slow comunicattion

Very good products, for a gift

Very satisfied with the products ordered but delivery time a little too long.

The order consisted of several jars of armagnac cannelés. Unfortunately, two of the jars broke open, causing them to leak into the package. One jar was almost empty and the others stuck ... Not serious, but disappointing. The products are delicious, and that's the main thing!

Unfortunately the glass "Barba au Rhum" - Medium size was leaking and spilled during transportation. If possible, we kindly ask for a replacement shipment.

My order went well in the sense that the parcel arrived in the end at the right address, in good condition. Nevertheless, here are the points that make me not give a high mark: * The "Les comptoirs de Mathilde" site can be improved: impossible to consult the item sheet of the product ordered because the product is no longer visible on the site (as it obviously became out of stock during the life of the order), * The order, made for a Christmas present, was to be delivered to an address other than mine. The deliveryman did not deliver to the address indicated and left the parcel directly at the relay point.

Late delivery

My order took more than 10 days to prepare. No advantage to order on the site it would have been much faster if I had sent it myself, no savings. Few products available on the site, and range of products often over 20€ To be improved!!!
