Order arrived promptly and very well packaged; shipping cost much too high, too bad. What's more, I was sure I'd chosen another, more convenient relay point, but I was delivered to a post office and that's the one written in the order. How odd.

Very good products. Fast shipping. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the shipping costs, which I think are too high.

Expensive delivery costs, order had to be reshipped 2 days before Christmas because it was lost.

Navigation on the site is pleasant and easy, the site is clear and pretty. The order and delivery went well. The products were very well packaged so there was no risk of breakage. The only small negative point was the large number of out-of-stock products...

navigation on the site is very easy. On the other hand, I waited 3 weeks for my delivery, having sent an e-mail and phoned the head office. Some products arrived broken, the pre-emption dates are mid-January, and above all my order did not correspond to the products ordered. The truffles I ordered turned out to be a chocolate lollipop, but the gift was for an adult.

Very good product, reception well packaged, but it remains a little expensive now that black friday is over ... Lower your prices so I can order again!

Varied choice of gifts. Slight difficulty in understanding how to have a gift delivered without the receiver receiving the bill paid by the giver... But we're getting there: the wording "my address" needs to be rectified. All that's needed is a better distinction between who pays (is billed) and who is the recipient (is delivered). Otherwise very good service and very good products! Thank you very much!

The products delivered were very well packaged. And the comptoir de Mathilde products are always a great value! We are however very disappointed with the surprise.... very small given the order we placed, we regret not having made the order in installments. Such a shame.

The 2 tote bags had a strong musty smell. Otherwise I already know the products and like them a lot.

Very disappointed, item missing, pot leaking (baba), I contacted customer service to be reimbursed for these two products no response, I also ordered a jute bag to put my items for a gift, the bag is unusable so it smells damp, unacceptable, I will never order again and I obviously do not recommend!!!!!

Order very well packed! I was delighted, everything was packed one by one. On the other hand, during black friday it was complicated to see and validate the basket, the site had "beug", which generated a double payment for me. Reactivity of customer service was a bit long (15 days to get the refund) But everything ended well because I received my refund.

Lots of Black Friday bugs and long shipping times

My order was split in two, part of which was sent to my old address and I didn't get my 2 free gifts. I sent several emails, the first of which was over a month old, and I haven't had any reply.

The prices are very expensive! I always wait for special offers to order, otherwise it's way too expensive for me.

My order arrived incomplete: 3 ORGANIC dried tomato and goat's cheese spreads are missing. There were supposed to be 4 and there are only 3. What's more, 1 out of 2 dried tomato and porcini delights arrived already opened and soiled the rest of the jars as everything was packed together. I sent an email to your customer service department on December 14th with photos and I haven't heard anything. I must admit I'm rather disappointed... Given that Christmas is coming up, I had to go and buy the 4 missing and damaged products in the store, without benefiting from the Black Friday discount on my initial order. I expect a return and refund from you as soon as possible, as well as a commercial gesture given the inconvenience caused.

The order was delivered fairly quickly and was complete with quality products. The only downside was that one of the box lids was completely torn, which is a shame when you're giving it as a gift.

I am very satisfied with my order.
The only downside would be concerning the tracking of the order at the outset where it is very difficult to know where the order is. I only had access to the tracking 8 days after the day of payment, but after that I had access to the tracking and everything went smoothly.

Good products. However, I was very disappointed when I tried to order the items I had spotted on Black Friday. These products were no longer on sale and reappeared the next day ... ! Not very commercial.

Terms and conditions are not detailed enough

Lots of nice products, good ideas. Products well packaged, but processing time a little long (over a week for shipping), perhaps due to the Christmas period.
