The parcel was delivered to the wrong address, I received a call from customer service informing me of this and asking me to call them back, but they are unreachable. I opened my parcel, with Christmas presents, and NONE of the products correspond to what I ordered.

The chocolate arrived broken in the parcel. No response via the customer account or via the e-mail address supplied in the parcel. At almost €20 each, you'd expect a response. If I add to that the fact that the parcel delivery address was changed by their carrier without my agreement, the experience is more than mixed.

2 orders placed for an amount of more than 75€, the display promised a free treat from 75€ purchase. Nothing in the parcel! Claim made, and no, there's no gift. This type of misleading advertising is simply unacceptable. 2 items arrived broken, impossible to offer them in this condition.
