After ordering €160 worth of chocolate, I couldn't wait to discover my gift. What a disappointment when, alas, I saw a tiny sample of chocolate spread. I love your chocolates. But between the ''sample'' gifts and the loyalty points that can be accumulated for a content you don't know about ... It's disappointing. I'm thinking of doing my Christmas shopping elsewhere next time.

Very disappointed, the jars opened in the parcel ... the contents all dirty and sticky (jar of baba au rhum, one of cannelé à l'armagnac and a bottle of rhum arrangée) It was for a gift, impossible to offer obviously! 2nd year ordering... first year 1 bottle broken. Returned with no problem. This year a package of confectionery arrived stale (it was for a Christmas hamper). I send an e-mail to customer service, who never reply, so I call after a week. The answer: they can't send me back the item in question because it's too late (December 10) and they're forcing me to get a refund... I gave them a 2nd chance but I'll never order from them again.

What a shame 2 calendars bought for 64€ and when opening the plastic film the calendars don't hold open on both sides and the chocolates fall out, the chocolates ended up in a bowl and the calendars in the garbage can, impossible to repair. I found myself looking like an idiot in front of my sister-in-law and my daughter, because it was a gift. Never again
