Unfortunately I'm quite unhappy with the delivery of my order. It was delivered to a relay point, then sent back to the sender after just 7 days, with no prior warning of this very short delay, nor of the need to pick it up before a certain date (compared to other experiences). Once the parcel had been sent back, I had to pay delivery charges again, which I already found onerous, only to have them delivered a second time at a time when my presence was mandatory, without checking whether I could make myself available, or offering to postpone the date if I couldn't be there. So I had to ask an acquaintance to collect the parcel for me... The customer service I was in contact with gave me no explanation, and made no gesture. I really don't recommend

This means that your parcel had been at the collection point for 10 days. A second email was also sent to you on 18/01/2021. Order received rather quickly for a Christmas period (10 days approx.) but I have to withdraw a star because a product was replaced without asking my opinion and even without warning me...
I'm also taking off one star for the 3 reminders (and 2 weeks later) to customer service before getting a return... but I'm adding the 4th star for the new shipment as compensation.
