The spreads are delicious!!! However, I was a bit disappointed by the Dubai chocolate bar; given the price, I expected it to be well filled inside... which was not the case, unfortunately.

J’ai passé une commande de 3 pâtés à tartiner et quelle déception… À la réception, l’un des pots de pâte à tartiner était ouvert et mal fermé. Le produit avait manifestement fui pendant le transport. J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client pour signaler le problème, photos et vidéos à l’appui. Résultat : on m’a répondu que le produit « restait consommable » et qu’on me remboursait seulement 4 € sur 8, au motif que la pâte à tartiner n’était « pas stérilisée » mais que « le risque microbien était nul ». À ma connaissance, je n’ai jamais commandé un produit ouvert, encore moins un produit alimentaire dont l’intégrité est compromise. Je trouve inacceptable qu’on me dise qu’un produit ouvert, coulant et mal scellé est “consommable”. Le service client refuse toujours de renvoyer un nouveau pot ou de rembourser le montant total, alors que le produit est clairement non conforme à la commande. Je suis extrêmement déçue par la manière dont ma demande a été traitée par Clarisse. Pour une marque qui met en avant la qualité de ses produits, je m’attendais à un minimum de respect du client et de professionnalisme. J’écris cet avis pour prévenir les futurs clients : n’achetez pas chez eux, car si un produit arrive endommagé ou ouvert, vous n’obtiendrez aucun dédommagement.

Yes and no. My order included a Texan appetizer. I realize that you have changed the recipe in the meantime (for a few years). It's no longer the same. Disappointed.

Having been a fan of the brand for several years, my last online purchase went very badly... damaged order, not received by the pickup point... and very, very complicated to get in touch with customer service (15 calls and 4 emails before reaching someone...) the package was finally returned with almost 2 weeks delay. Too bad!

Disappointed, pistachio paste tastes very chemical, broken salt mill and chocolate half melted because delivered during a heatwave

This is in no way a problem with the Comptoir de Mathilde but with its deliveries via DPD: due to the failure to organize the routes according to the opening hours of the pickup points, the package is marked as unable to be delivered because the pickup point is closed. Day after day they are able to attempt delivery without ever succeeding. When you call customer service, the only response is that the hours do not allow for delivery; at no point do you receive a message to indicate the situation and you can wait a long time! The only solution proposed after several calls is to deliver to another pickup point that is less convenient in terms of proximity, but open during wider hours. Second order at Le Comptoir de Mathilde and second disappointment with DPD; in the long run, this may discourage me from ordering from the counters.

The packaging and delivery were good, but my rum babas arrived all mushy, while the rum babas were fine, in the same box. Either the rum babas were already damaged before packaging, or they are not made with the same recipe as the rum babas. I was a bit disappointed with the rum baba jar, the mushiness looks very ugly as a gift.

All products received. Unfortunately, 3 chocolate products were broken. Contacted Le Comptoir de Mathilde in various ways. But unfortunately, nothing has been heard back.

Already two purchases, one in-store, the other online, and both times no promised gift for purchases over €80... Otherwise, yes, the chocolates are beautiful and good, a bit expensive though, the best are the rum babas.
