Is it possible to make up for the two missing items? Or a credit note or refund for these two items?" dated December 10! These items were for a Christmas present, and I'm still waiting for them! Order placed on November 29th, received in less than a week on December 6th despite the extended delivery times announced. Unpleasant surprise when I opened the parcel, one item was broken (these things happen). I sent an e-mail to customer service on December 7 but no reply. I contacted customer service again on December 14 and to date there's still no news. Non-existent customer service.
