I had specified in the comments that this order was for Father's Day and that I would like to have gift wrapping. However, I received the parcel with all the products in bulk.

Practical, interactive site

The site is very good, but customer service is not very responsive. Moreover, if you want to make a click collect you have to be close to the store otherwise it doesn't work and not all stores do it. Delivery is fast and the products are good.

The part to improve would be the customer service after ordering. Before ordering, I sent an e-mail with a question about a product, saying that I'd be ordering soon, and they replied within 10 minutes. Then, when I opened my parcel, I noticed a broken product, so I contacted customer service at the same e-mail address on Wednesday 25th at 1.57pm, and to date Tuesday 31st at 5.40pm there's been no reply... I don't think that's very cool. However for the rest of the order, absolutely not disappointed super products, special packaging perfect cold I did not expect it's great for the product during transport and even after, and delivery at the top

Excellent after-sales service; chocolate bunny arrived broken despite all the precautions taken by Le comptoir de Mathilde. We can't blame them for not doing everything possible to ensure that their Easter bunny arrived whole, but the carrier must not have been very careful with the package. But that's not up to Comptoir de Mathilde.
Comptoir de Mathilde sent me back the same bunny, this time in one piece, without asking me any more questions, simply by sending an e-mail with a photo. A much appreciated after-sales service.

The products are well packaged, but unfortunately some of them are upside down during transport and arrive not in the best condition for presentation!

Easily accessible site consultation, perhaps a little more detail on the composition of the pack would be desirable

Some products were damaged (torn cardboard), which is a shame when it comes to gifts...

Good delivery time and follow-up

Everything went well with the order and delivery but what a disappointment to receive a packet of chocolate that had melted and made a block, it was a gift so I'm very disappointed.

I don't understand why you can't get free delivery at the store. Instead, you have to pay a delivery fee to have it delivered to your home.

If I can recommend the products on the site, I can't recommend the site itself. Two years in a row I went through them for an order to be delivered to my parents as a gift. Two years in a row the parcel was not delivered, the first never arrived and I was billed for it, and this year it could not be delivered by the post office, which notified me. It was only by contacting the postal services that I was able to have the address incorrectly noted by the site changed - they had noted only the surname and the town of delivery. I'd like to thank the post office for delivering the parcel, but certainly not Mathilde's counter. I like their products but I will never order via their website again, sorry.

It's a pity that two of the packages were torn, which wasn't great as a gift...

Fast delivery, well packaged items, but very high shipping costs if the order is under 60€.

Order received quickly, items extremely well protected in the parcel. Too bad about the chocolate bar, which had to be broken before shipping... I hope these little treats do the trick!

Very good site, easy to order and delivered fairly quickly. However, one of the jars of baba au rhum opened during the journey, completely emptying itself of all the rum syrup inside.
Fortunately, the parcel was well made and the products particularly well packaged, so nothing else was damaged, but for this jar, which should have been offered at Christmas, it's ruined!
Still very good overall.

I know your products well and am never disappointed but...!!!! I was entitled to a promo code for my birthday but the product was out of stock so a slight disappointment!!!!

Nice site, but delivery takes a long time ... 13 days to receive an advent calendar!

Fast delivery

The products were well packaged, but the Harry Potter product with the 4 houses of Hogwarts arrived damaged (two of the squares were stacked and the names of the houses were no longer visible (certainly due to rubbing).

the products are of very good quality, but it is absolutely necessary to re-examine the conditioning of the glass jars because I received a "baba au rhume caramel" opened in the parcel (photographs has the support). the iron lid took a shock and made all the product flow on the other products. if you communicate an address to me I could thus send you the photographs and to ask for a refunding of the damaged item thank you for your comprehension.

Delivery tracking information could be improved. It's hard to know if your parcel is being prepared, and there's no information on the expected delivery date...
