Fast delivery and perfectly packaged! One tiny complaint about a packet of caramelized almonds which were slightly stuck. Not too presentable.

The site is very good but unfortunately the honey pot was badly closed and partly leaked into the protective paper in the parcel.

Delivery in 7 days despite confinement. Package in good condition and conforms to order.

I know the products well and they never disappoint, they're very good, but I was disappointed with the delivery service because there was an error in the delivery address. It was an order for the Easter holidays, and the order arrived at my home instead of my daughter's, who will be waiting for her chocolates for quite a while given the confined conditions!The error must have occurred when I placed the order, although I had taken the option of 2 different billing and delivery addresses, and despite this, mine (the billing address) was used for delivery! I noticed the error when I checked my e-mail, and I sent 2 letters asking for a correction to be made before the parcel was dispatched... but I'm still waiting for a reply or a sign from the service... Anyway, the parcel has arrived at my house, and I think I'll be able to offer the chocolates for Pentecost if the lockdown is lifted by then....what a shame!

More than a month to receive my order due to exceptional circumstances which I can understand. But I deplore the lack of information given by the slow and unresponsive customer service despite 5-6 emails sent. In the end, they replied without providing any quick, concrete solutions. It was a small order of 2 mini-tablets for a birthday, placed 3 weeks ago on receipt of order... but they still asked me for an affidavit and identity card to consider a solution. Do not recommend ordering via the site.

Excellent for cooking

Overall, satisfied with the products and services offered. But disappointed that there was only 1 chocolate lollipop in the parcel when there were 2 in my order.

When I ordered from Comptoir de Mathilde, I was inevitably thinking of gourmet Easter chocolates. The chocolates were delivered without a hitch and some eyes must have sparkled when I opened the parcel. I'm not going to be able to rate the products purchased, as I haven't tasted them.

Hello, I wanted to send chocolates to someone for their birthday. It's a pity that it's impossible to add a little note to put a message and say that the package is from such and such a person. I tried to add a note in one of the comment fields to ask if I could add that the package was from me, but my comment was not taken into account. It's a shame to have to call the person back to ask if they received my gift... Sincerely

I love your products, but you really need to cut down on the size of your packages.

An offer fell the day of my reception I find incorrect not to make profit from it the orders of a few days or to warn that in qqls days there will be reductions thus return order for can be but nothing is less sure to place an order again to profit from the offer, of a stupidity without name ....

The quality of the products is good, I know the brand well. But first time I ordered on the site: in the two batches of hot chocolates, there were broken elements... it's a shame. Similarly, one bar arrived cracked. It's a shame it's a gift.

Products received very quickly! On the other hand, the glass jars were in no danger of breaking given the amount of packaging and protection around them! Perhaps it's possible to reduce the quantity a little with a smaller carton to avoid all that packaging in the garbage can?
