Everything went well with the order and delivery but what a disappointment to receive a packet of chocolate that had melted and made a block, it was a gift so I'm very disappointed.

If I can recommend the products on the site, I can't recommend the site itself. Two years in a row I went through them for an order to be delivered to my parents as a gift. Two years in a row the parcel was not delivered, the first never arrived and I was billed for it, and this year it could not be delivered by the post office, which notified me. It was only by contacting the postal services that I was able to have the address incorrectly noted by the site changed - they had noted only the surname and the town of delivery. I'd like to thank the post office for delivering the parcel, but certainly not Mathilde's counter. I like their products but I will never order via their website again, sorry.

A box arrived torn

Quality products.
It's a pity that two of the packages were torn, which wasn't great as a gift...

The products were well packaged, but the Harry Potter product with the 4 houses of Hogwarts arrived damaged (two of the squares were stacked and the names of the houses were no longer visible (certainly due to rubbing).

the products are of very good quality, but it is absolutely necessary to re-examine the conditioning of the glass jars because I received a "baba au rhume caramel" opened in the parcel (photographs has the support). the iron lid took a shock and made all the product flow on the other products. if you communicate an address to me I could thus send you the photographs and to ask for a refunding of the damaged item thank you for your comprehension.

real inconsistencies between the communication tools available, giving a VERY poor impression of shipment tracking.

Delivery tracking information could be improved. It's hard to know if your parcel is being prepared, and there's no information on the expected delivery date...

Disappointed a bit I received a broken item

I'm still waiting for a reply to the complaint e-mail sent to customer service on 02/12 for an order placed on 24/11 and still not received. It finally arrived on 07. Customer service non-existent, much more active on social networks responding to comments on sponsored publications.

The site is rather well done, but at the order level I am disappointed ... it was written that from 80e I will have a gift but nothing in the box, advent calendar not at all up to the price even marked down!!! moreover nobody answered me when I sent a Messenger to your team it lacks seriousness

Good products. A small problem with the preparation of the order: check that the jars are well sealed before dispatch. One jar of honey was not sealed and leaked into the parcel.

Very good except that I haven't received the franchouillard box set, I've sent you an e-mail but no reply so far.

I know the products well, having bought them in the store. However, on the internet I was very disappointed because all the chocolate bars arrived broken. 3 of them might be ok because there aren't too many breaks, but one is completely broken and the other is split all the way through. Not great for gifts... The packaging needs to be stronger....

Delivery to a collection point other than the one selected

Delivery times too long.

A jar of jam arrived damaged and leaking, no doubt as a result of impact. I alerted customer service with a photo. No response from them.

I have only received half of my order. It's a problem with Colissimo. I'm waiting for more information. The help I received at Colissimo was very good in analyzing the source of the problem. Without this problem, your service, which I've used before, is perfect.

contents poorly packed

a lot of my products got shocked in the box, some of which I wanted to give for Christmas...impossible to give them in this condition!!! a jar of jam spilled all the juice, caramelized apples...my jar of Piedmont hazelnuts dented and some spread came out...I took pictures of it...a LE TRAPPEUR drink I think..the plastic bag that was on it as I couldn't get it off properly the bottle opened...although I wanted to give it as a present too...in 2 words I'd go to the Fontainebleau store as I usually did...I'd like to point out that the parcel box wasn't damaged...

Unfortunately, the item I ordered was missing and the item in the box was broken. Customer service seems reactive, so I'm waiting to see what happens next. So overall disappointed considering the price. Items arrived in good condition, as described.

Order received promptly. However, one item was broken (vinegar). A message was sent the same day mentioning the problem and there was no reply.

Lots to pick from and hard to pick

I had problems with the site because I tried to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. I called on the phone and someone told me to specify this by email. When I received an order confirmation email I sent it back indicating the correct delivery address. I received the package at the billing address and I had to send it back myself so that my grandchildren could receive it before the start of the school year, hence the extra cost. I hope the contents are worth it.

The products were always top-notch and well-packaged. Fortunately, the delivery man was terrible, ringing every 10 seconds while my family was asleep and I asked him to stop. Rap at full blast, no code requested, he was already on his way out when I got off. And with the kind remark when I explained why I was asking him to stop ringing "Well, you should have come and picked him up! " Such a note, therefore, to suggest to CDM that they change delivery drivers...

Ordering and delivery are fine. The packaging remains average all my golden tartinette that I ordered, four packages are completely crushed so not presentable at an aperitif.
