Disappointed not to have found the articles in real stores as before, but the sending was neat and fast. No breakage and received before Christmas

Satisfied by the delay, not yet tasted

order not received because of damaged parcel. never received a reply from customer service and order not reimbursed.

Very disappointed, item missing, pot leaking (baba), I contacted customer service to be reimbursed for these two products no response, I also ordered a jute bag to put my items for a gift, the bag is unusable so it smells damp, unacceptable, I will never order again and I obviously do not recommend!!!!!

Very well prepared and quality parcel, but really long delay. Fortunately everything arrived on time.

Order received on time but not respected

Order very well packed! I was delighted, everything was packed one by one. On the other hand, during black friday it was complicated to see and validate the basket, the site had "beug", which generated a double payment for me. Reactivity of customer service was a bit long (15 days to get the refund) But everything ended well because I received my refund.

4 advent calendar orders. 2 received: very good 2 not received: catastrophic after-sales service: - several e-mails sent, few replies: check with the post office - telephone: no reply - visit to the store: can't do anything for me

My order was split in two, part of which was sent to my old address and I didn't get my 2 free gifts. I sent several emails, the first of which was over a month old, and I haven't had any reply.

The prices are very expensive! I always wait for special offers to order, otherwise it's way too expensive for me.

My order arrived incomplete: 3 ORGANIC dried tomato and goat's cheese spreads are missing. There were supposed to be 4 and there are only 3. What's more, 1 out of 2 dried tomato and porcini delights arrived already opened and soiled the rest of the jars as everything was packed together. I sent an email to your customer service department on December 14th with photos and I haven't heard anything. I must admit I'm rather disappointed... Given that Christmas is coming up, I had to go and buy the 4 missing and damaged products in the store, without benefiting from the Black Friday discount on my initial order. I expect a return and refund from you as soon as possible, as well as a commercial gesture given the inconvenience caused.

The order was delivered fairly quickly and was complete with quality products. The only downside was that one of the box lids was completely torn, which is a shame when you're giving it as a gift.

I am very satisfied with my order.
The only downside would be concerning the tracking of the order at the outset where it is very difficult to know where the order is. I only had access to the tracking 8 days after the day of payment, but after that I had access to the tracking and everything went smoothly.

Terms and conditions are not detailed enough

Lots of nice products, good ideas. Products well packaged, but processing time a little long (over a week for shipping), perhaps due to the Christmas period.

Very good discovery! The delivery time was a bit long (about 2 weeks) but that's understandable during the holiday season.

Great products, but I have one small complaint about the size of the containers.
But the caramel babas are to die for. Haven't tried the rest yet

An item from my order (a box of truffles) was replaced by a chocolate lollipop ...
I'd have preferred a refund for the missing item, or an e-mail to inform me of the unexpected stock shortage.

The site was very buggy

Everything is fine as far as the order is concerned, the delivery time.... only downside the 2 snack bars arrived broken in the parcel.

Order received with the replacement of 2 unavailable products by much cheaper products without having been informed beforehand. Complaint sent to sales department without reply after 4 days.

Plenty of choice. Too bad there's no longer a store in Paris.

I would normally have given them 5 even though I managed to contact them and they quickly sorted out the problem. A switchboard would be great 🤔 otherwise a quality product, a plus for the feuillantine spread.
