Very disappointed with the quality/price ratio. At this price, you'd expect something delicious, more upmarket, but not at all. I bought squares of chocolate with speculos and caramel and you can't taste it, only the taste of the chocolate which reminds you of simple low-end chocolate. I also bought packets of marshmallows, the same thing... in short, I wouldn't buy again. You're paying more for the packaging than for the product you have to eat.

I thought I would receive 3 terrines as a gift with my €60 order, as indicated on the site. I didn't receive them and when I contacted customer service they told me there had been a bug... I asked them for a commercial gesture but they refused. Misleading advertising

The mustards are delicious, but two of them were not sealed well enough and opened in transport. I had them shipped to me at the hotel I was staying at in France. I live in the USA, where you do not ship to, so I cannot get these two jars replaced, which makes me a bit sad.

No problems with ordering on the site. Tracking and shipping OK. But as always, delivery by Colissimo was not professional: I asked for a one-day postponement which was confirmed by e-mail. But the deliveryman still turned up on the original date and I received a missed delivery e-mail! Fortunately, they delivered the next day... but Colissimo is definitely not a reliable partner, you should change service provider...
