nothing to complain about when placing an order, except when you want to make a gift, it's complicated, especially for delivery! I had to do it twice and I had to contact Mathilde's counter without being able to get in touch with the GLS delivery person.

Everything was perfect except for a chocolate that broke in the middle of the order. Everything was impeccable, no marks on the parcel and the chocolate is very difficult to break, it looks like it was broken before it was sent?

Overall, I'm satisfied, with just one minor comment on the rum babas: I'm a bit dubious about the airtightness of the jar, as I got quite a bit of rum on the paper surrounding the jar and on the jar itself, which was sticky. Otherwise the order was very well packaged, thank you very much.
