Unfortunately I'm quite unhappy with the delivery of my order. It was delivered to a relay point, then sent back to the sender after just 7 days, with no prior warning of this very short delay, nor of the need to pick it up before a certain date (compared to other experiences). Once the parcel had been sent back, I had to pay delivery charges again, which I already found onerous, only to have them delivered a second time at a time when my presence was mandatory, without checking whether I could make myself available, or offering to postpone the date if I couldn't be there. So I had to ask an acquaintance to collect the parcel for me... The customer service I was in contact with gave me no explanation, and made no gesture. I really don't recommend

In fact, we applied our terms and conditions of sale after observing the various elements of your delivery: - Available at the collection point and notification sent to the recipient on 08/01/2021 - Returned to sender (Le Comptoir de Mathilde) on 18/01/2021. This means that your parcel had been at the collection point for 10 days. A second email was also sent to you on 18/01/2021. On 20/01, we resent your parcel so that you don't have to wait too long for it, following this first little inconvenience. We sincerely regret and understand your dissatisfaction. Order received rather quickly for a Christmas period (10 days approx.) but I have to withdraw a star because a product was replaced without asking my opinion and even without warning me...
I'm also taking off one star for the 3 reminders (and 2 weeks later) to customer service before getting a return... but I'm adding the 4th star for the new shipment as compensation.
